Zillow Blog – The Ins and Outs of Homeowner’s Insurance

By Leonard Baron – author of Real Estate Ownership, Investment and Due Diligence 101

This is a good article to explain about homeowners insurance and what it does. One item to note is that the insurance covers your property but it also covers liability issues, like if you get sued because your dog bites someone. For those of you who are renters, renters insurance covers many of these same issues like if your personal property gets damaged or you get sued. You can see more about Renter’s coverage at RentersInsurance.com – where I’ve blogged on many of the vital issues and provided coverage advice for you to consider. Both types of insurance are very inexpensive for the coverage you get! Enjoy!
